What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you place an order, create an account, or contact us: your name, email, delivery address, and payment details. Payment card information is handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and is not stored on our servers.
If you use our in-app progress diary, we also store the measurements, notes, and any optional photos you choose to upload. Progress photos are optional in every entry and are never shared, sold, or used for marketing without your explicit written consent.
How we use it
We use your information to process orders, send order updates, manage your subscription, provide customer support, and (with your consent) send you occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we need to operate: our payment processor (Stripe), our authentication provider (Clerk), our shipping carrier, and our cloud hosting provider. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time via our contact form. You may close your account from the Account page; closing your account deletes your progress diary entries.

We use essential cookies for authentication and cart state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
